Hi Terry,
The reason we did this, is to show you while you were waiting that we are indeed an actual company dealing with actual physical products. We now have accumulated over 100,000 inventory items… Some updates regarding inventory allocation. I have been in touch with some of our top leaders on our leader boards, as they have direct connection with us, and I want to share with you what I shared with them. [5/20/2009 1:20:05 PM] Tommy Styles (Neno): Ok david that sounds Good. It also indicates that assignment of mechandise has started yet, is that correct? I know in someones email that it was stated that the first 1000 had begun and, when visiting the forum a member #295 said they haven’t been yet in their back office. I do understand tho that all Monies are working Now, is that correct and that some may show profits from the get go? Appreciate your communication…Thanks Tommy/Neno Answer: [5/20/2009 1:50:47 PM] David Cheyne: inventory has been allocated to some members yes. all moneys are working and are proper amounts aside from a few refunds that come in , but we update that prior to uploading inventory. [5/20/2009 1:51:25 PM] David Cheyne: so everything is done….cept the inventory, which is primary task starting on Monday where we can finally free up all staff to work together from a file server with all the hosted images… [5/20/2009 1:52:00 PM] David Cheyne: lots of things had to come together for this inventory module to work, and we have started some allocation but not full bore, because we are testing some things as we are allocating some… [5/20/2009 1:52:56 PM] David Cheyne: yes, many members will see immediate profit, because much stuff has been turned over. How it will work is that we will do an original entry for the inventory allocation right through as far as we can with our inventory. [5/20/2009 1:53:05 PM] David Cheyne: then we will start entering sales. [5/20/2009 1:53:37 PM] David Cheyne: so it will come within a day to a week after the inventory has been allocated even though the sales have already happened. [5/20/2009 1:54:17 PM] David Cheyne: when a product is allocated, then a sale occurs, our system has to put that person in queue for more inventory items to be allocated, and that is why we cant hit the account with sold products, and it has to be a 2 step process. [5/20/2009 1:55:06 PM] David Cheyne: Members are making the same amount of money right now as they will be when the inventory module displays everthing….so really nothing is different except visiblity of what assets are allocated, and the profits. [5/20/2009 1:55:10 PM] David Cheyne: hope that explains a lot. [5/20/2009 1:55:29 PM] David Cheyne: will be sending an email out to all tommorrow explaining pretty much what I just explained to you. [5/20/2009 1:55:31 PM] David Cheyne: thanks Tommy. I thought it would be easiest to just use the exact transcript to let you know what conversations we have with some of our top leaders. With 100,000 inventory items to allocate into members accounts, everytime we have started moving forward with the allocation part, we have run into a snag delaying us. We could easily just import each item one at a time, and we could have everybody caught up within 4 weeks, but this solution does not solve the underlying problem of automation. We would face the same problem we did, even larger when we relaunch this full scale. So the solutions we are putting into place can catch up in days what would take weeks with the manual processes… In other words, we could put inventory items into your accounts to appease you right now, but it would not best serve your longterm interests as we would keep on stumbling through the problems we had on our soft launch. We are finalizing 2 last processes this week, that should allow full bore loading of accounts for next week, but even more importantly than the accounts being loaded, they will be loaded into a queue system, and this allows our automation processes to be complete. Catching up on 100,000 inventory items is the hard part, maintaining this even after a full scale launch is the easy part, when these final 2 processes are complete. The really good news… Your money has been working for you from day 1. There is profit already. There have been so many other things that were built up in the past 6 weeks, to allow faster sales to occur, inventory buying sources to be found, so that we could keep up with 1,000,000 dollars coming in, and actually being able to accomodate acquistions at this pace. All is virtually done, except the web inventory module to show you what has happened. Stay tuned from an audio or video from Chris Bell President of The Affordable Affiliates Network and David Cheyne Vice President for next week, outlying everything we have done, and where everything stands.
