~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We are proud to announce an open directory for downloads of our Webinars, located at:
http://www.affordableaffiliates.com/webinar/mp3
We will place each webinar recording in mp3 format in that directory for all to download. Currently, the first webinar, recorded on Monday, March 16, 2009 is ready for download. Due to a few technical issues, we were unable to record last weeks and hope somebody else was able to. If you are able to share it with us, please email us at contact@affordableaffiliates.com and we will get in touch with you to have it transferred over to our servers.
Thanks in advance!
We <3 SolidTrust Pay
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We’ve made direct communication ties with the upper brass at SolidTrust Pay and are quite pleased at the level of support they have extended our way. Earlier this week we requested a more detailed transaction history than their site provided and in turn, they decided to develop an API for us to use to be able to pull any transaction history information any way we like! This is the very final piece to being able to resolve all Deposit issues that have plagued us over the last few weeks and move on to bigger and better things!
A Great Big THANK YOU goes out to Stella, Melanie, Leon, and the rest of the team atSolidTrust Pay! We look forward to a strong relationship with your company.

| Taking steps to improve support!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It is clear that our Ticket Support System is out of whack, unreliable, and entirely bogged down with tickets that have now been addressed many times, through many different lines of communication. In order to improve this situation, and bring our Ticket Support System back to life with better response times, we are going to close all tickets that have the words “SolidTrust Pay, Solid Trust Pay, STP, PayPal, Pay Pal, Alertpay, and AlertPay” in their titles. This is going to close well over 500 tickets out of the current 1100 on the board. This will ensure that you get much faster response times on tickets that actually need attention.
We understand that this may cause some of your tickets that had other issues to be closed as well, and would like to invite you to re-open, or create new tickets regarding those issues at anytime. We are not doing this to ignore your tickets, we are doing this to put a final end to old issues that need not clog up our support system anymore. Again, if we close your ticket and you were awaiting a response regarding other issues as well, please feel free to open another ticket, we will be more than happy to answer.
If you are unsure of the resolve about the deposit issues, please visit the following post on our forums for information:
Deposit Issues and What we are doing about it
| Community Forums
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Our forums have been open for about 2 weeks now and we couldn’t be happier with the support our members have been providing each other. The forums are a great source for information about any question you’d like to have answered.
Our leaderboard members and forum regulars are out there everyday guiding people and answering questions quickly and efficiently to ensure your comfort here at the Affordable Affiliates Network.
Here’s a few tips on how to best find the answer your looking for on our forums:
1) Use the search feature to your full advantage:
- Use an asterisk* instead of a space between words, its a wildcard.
- If you are finding too many results from your search, try the advanced search link located below the search bar on every page.
- Instead of typing a phrase like “i can’t login to your website”, try “can’t login”, searches are more accurate that way, and it typically gives you more results.
2) The leaderboard members and forum helpers have custom ranks under their names beside their posts. We’ve found these users to be very helpful, and as such, singled them out to you. These people are on our site quite often and can usually be relied on for accurate information.
3) Read the forum rules and the Announcements at the top of every forum. The forum rules will ensure that everybody here a nice, respectful time. The announcements are often related to common questions that we see on the board, and will best address these issues for you.
4) Watch our blog located on the front of our website. The blog will be updated with general knowledge and common questions that we see on the site as well.
5) If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for on the forums, please feel free to submit a support ticket at http://www.affordableaffiliates.com/HelpDesk/ . Please always check the forum for answers before you submit a support ticket.
