The revised format of the VGC Trading Pool largely relates to the fact that as soon as the traded value of the VGC unit reaches €1.00 there will be a ‘Split’, meaning all VGC owners will have their total number of VGC units doubled and the VGC Trading Pool reset to commence again with a minimum VGC value of € 0,50.
This creates a 100% growth in the number of VGC units held and locks in a 100% increase in value.
