The 26 week investment comprises the first week with zero return whilst matters are put into place. During the next 25 weeks you will receive weekly 8% , but that 8% comprises 4% interest/profit and the second 4% being the return of your investment weekly.

So at the end of the 26 weeks you will have received 100% in interest/profit and the total return of your  originally invested sum,  weekly.

Another way of looking at this is that the ROI (Return On Investment) is 100%.

We hope that this clarifies the position.

In conclusion FlipSite2, Pets returns 3.35% per week, Fast Site Sales returns 3.6% per week and now the FlipSite3 investment retuns 4% per week. Getting better all the time.
